Therapeutic indications
Tramadol is a centrally acting opioid analgesic. It is a pure nonselective antagonist in μ, δ and κ opioid receptors with a higher affinity for the receptor, so it is a medicine used for the treatment of pain of moderate to severe intensity and has an antitussive effect.

Pregnancy, lactation, alcohol poisoning, somnolent, analgesic and prophylactic, convulsive states.
